Specialised in GTM & RGM strategy as well as customer negotiation, the focus is to put brand strategy at the heart of RGM, not just pricing, promotions and mix. Having time spent working with global customers such as Walmart, Tesco as well as local players: Droga Raia- Brasil, Chemist Warehouse- Australia, we are well placed to bring those strategies to life in store.

More recently time spent designing and deploying best in class CRM platforms (Salesforce) as well as custom built commercial KPI platforms & TPM’s has brought into sharp focus the need for companies to join together big data, AI and a deep understanding of Shopper and Customer to drive the future of the FMCG industry.
